During this extraordinary and difficult year of navigating the huge downturn in the economy we have seen that we in same cases not has been so clear in the message of the changes that has occurred during the joint venture between Adcontact and Gammeter. Since almost all of the implementation work now is done we want to correct that with information about our organisation and take the opportunity to apology for any inconvenient we may have caused during this time. The future can only be brighter. Logistic and invoicing As to your recognition our main warehouse is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Therefore all our shipments and invoicing are issued from there. This means that there will be no VAT issued at the invoices as we are operating within the European Community.

25.11.2009	Compagny acquistion
During the end of 2008 our two companies signed a letter of intent to proceed into a common market with joint forces. This letter of intent has now resulted in an acquisition, where Adcontact purchases Gammeter. Adcontact and Gammeter have been operating for over 25 years within their respective local markets that today encompass Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltic region. The two organisations have been active in the electronic industries through processing customer specifics within cable and wire processing. The companies’ core market segments currently comprise white goods, electronics, telecommunications and vehicles. We continuously strive to improve our offering, in order to supply our customers with a wider range of products and service solutions applicable to their manufacturing for wiring harnesses, PCB and assemblies. Our goal of combining efficiency with profitability is realised through better usage of common resources such as stock, sales and administration, Economies of scale allows us to expand into a larger geographical markets and at same time affords us and our customers to gain a significant competitive advantage.
